DOES PLEXUS WORK?

"Does Plexus work?" seems to be the first question everyone asks when they hear about Plexus.  I did.  I also believe it did work before November of 2013, I KNOW it did.  Then they changed formulations and it didn't work anymore.  That's when they began talking "health", "leaky gut", etc., but in my experience, it didn't help much with all that either.

This blog was created for people to share their experiences, good or bad, with Plexus.  Did it work for you?  What was your regime?  If it didn't work for you, what was your regime? 

You see, when I signed up with Plexus, you didn't have to do a thing, Plexus did it all for you.  I was told, "Oh, that's the beauty of Plexus Janie, you don't have to change a thing!" See the video here and here of how it was marketed to me October 2013 when I joined.  It was all about weight loss.  

Just two short months later the marketing became about health, working out, drink tons of water, watch what you eat, "eat clean".  Really? I could do all that and lose weight and feel great WITHOUT spending $150 a month on Plexus products and the health issues would take care of themselves by doing so.

Regarding research: "Well they only have one study that hasn't been published and it's not peer reviewed, that's not a great sign.  It only had 8 people in the study.  (read more about that study here.)

Regarding Ingredients: "They want you to check with your physician first but your physician isn't going to know what's in this either".  

Bottom Line: "The BBB has given this company a ranking of C, that's not great".
